We can provide antimalarial medication without you needing to visit your doctor get a private prescription. You will need to complete a medical questionnaire in pharmacy. This will be assessed by our pharmacist who will determine which treatment (if any is suitable). Treatment will require payment as this service is not funded by the NHS.

This service allows patients with long-term conditions to register with our pharmacy for the provision of pharmaceutical care as part of a shared agreement between the patient, community pharmacist and the general practitioner. For more information please get in touch.

Emergency hormonal contraception (EHC) commonly known as the "morning after pill" is available from our pharmacy either with or without a prescription. If you need EHC advice you can speak with the pharmacist either in the Pharmacy, or informally by phone. After a consultation we may provide you with this form of contraception, if it is considered both safe and appropriate.

We can treat many minor ailments saving you valuable time and freeing up local doctors surgeries so those patients with more serious illnesses can be seen quickly. You don't even need to book an appointment - just ask to speak to the pharmacist who will be happy to help. Certain patients may be eligible for free treatment under the NHS Minor Ailment Service.
